so far so good but i have placed a few more crix in with her and she doesnt seem to be interested i think they may be too big or something?

nothing for a while all these pets i have are costing me a fortune hehe 3 snakes a t, 2 dogs 2 cats 2 horses and few fishies, its a reg every day animal farm round here LOL

8)Mel, if shes not intrested in the prey she could be just full or she more than likely is going into a molt just make sure her cage has lots humidity.. give her few days then try again if she dont eat then make sure all prey items are out of her cage so she can molt without being harrased by the prey..

pink toes are my second fav. I like them... They always seem to be hanging around on the side of there cage....

I've also noticed that a lot of T's don't try and grab their prey unless it comes real close, and often just barely touching them. This is one problem I've seen with my pinktoe, she doesn't go after them since they can't climb the sides of the cage. She's also built a web floor just 1/2" above the substrate between her cork bark and the side of the cage. This provides a perfect place for crickets to hide underneath. It's really a pain because the way she's built her web makes it impossible for me to try and fish them out from underneath without messing up her web. Anyway, this could be why your pinktoe isn't eating the crickets, because they're not able to climb up the sides to where she is.

she has been staying in her web alot too so they havent been near her i think your right about that too of course when we brough her home she was munching on one she might be full or then again she might be fixing to molt in not 100% sure but ive been keeping a good eye on her to make sure everythings is still a ok
