I dont know how old he is... He is about 26 inches long so I think he is still a baby. he doesnt like his head touched. As soon as i touch it he threatens to kill me heheh. Anyone have any good backround info on them? This is my first tegu..

Nice! (I know I'm a little late replying on this one) pretty little guy! actully all columbians are Blacks (Tupinambis teguixin ) Argentines are the B&Ws (Tupinambis merianae ). What kind of foods are ya feedin' him?

I feed him crickets (about 7) 3 times a week with a LITTLE catfood... I know it isn't that good for him so I don't feed it to him often... like once a month maybe.. and every once and a while he gets a pinkie.. he seems to enjoy them.. if you can call biting them in half ejoying : heh well cya around.

P.S He has been really peeved latley snipping at everyting... maybe going into a shed? His temps are about 84(ambient) about 50% humidity and his basking is about 93-95.... he has plenty of substrate to dig in...about 6 inches.. so I dont think he is stressed.. well maybe you can help?

Ok new updated pics, man has she grown, just take a look for yourself. She was a week when I bought her, this is at three weeks old. Look at her size, and how the green is really fading away.
