My all time favorite has been the Irish Setter. I have bred and raised them for many years. However now I only have 2 for pets. No more breeding them.
My new favorite species is also a trivia question. They were started by breeding 3 different species of dogs and the red wolf. They were breed by a group of Indians, for hunting and tracking.
Anyone want to take a guess? I will post pictures soon.

My Favorite breed of dog.. Thats a hard one. There are so many great breeds out there.. I have had several over the years from Rotts, Dobbies, Mastifs, mutts, etc...
My current dog is my current Fav.. Spinone Italiano.. Her name is KayDee. I have had a lot of very well trained dogs that were smart, but this one is by far the smartest. I found out early why they call this the thinking dog.. Kaydee is only 6 months old right now, full grown they hit about 85-90 pounds...
8)Well there are so many that i have had and trianed for diffrent purposes i would have to go with Alpha blue blood bulldog.. But i also love neo mastiffs and english mastiffs.. But i would some day love to own a Caucasian Mountian dog.. I have basicaly worked with, trained and raised strong working and protection breeds..
My long-time favorite breed is the Labrador Retriever, hands down. Although Irish Wolfhounds are quickly becoming one of my favorites. My mother has an Irish Wolfhound/Lab mix, and that dog rocks.
