;D Hello Joker. If this is the method your gonna use you might as well breed them Its fairly easy. If you don't want to breed them they will live for up to 2 years if properly cared for. I'm sure non of them will be in there for more then 2 weeks..lol. They aquire very little care and not to much matinence..just feed them mice feed and have a water bottle hanging..Make sure there bottle stays fullthough water is one of the most important things for a rodent. There constantly drinking and with out water they will die fast. Don't use Cedar shavings either..there toxic to mice and other rodents use aspen bedding or this sutff that looks like rabbit feed its called rodent bedding it works good to. Good luck. All And all though if you have the room you should just breed them it will pay out in the long run. Start out with 4 females and a male. Before you know it youll have tons of mice. If You decide to do the breeding thing talk to Sclark or Cuda they know a lot about it I'm fairly new to it but, things are working out great for me so far. I breed for Pinkies for my Savhannah Monitors (2) my boas to big for mice ...

Thanks for the info. I would probably get like 3 mom mice and 2 small rats. My ball eats small rats and my red ail mom mice. I had been feeding the frozen ones but when i would feed them they would toy around with them. And when i would get fresh ones and just kill them then give it to them they would go to town. What about a water dish? At the pet store that i would get them from they use waterdishes in them. I really don't wanna breed them I just want a fresh food source without running to the pet store often. anyway thanks!

They'll make a mess of a waterdish! I would go with the bottle you can get one for like 3$ at the pet store...
